The sigma Kneader machine, also known as the sigma Mixer, is a unique and versatile mixing equipment designed to perform homogeneous kneading operations for heavier viscosity materials. Design and Construction of Sigma Mixer Machine

The sigma mixer machine consists of a double U-shaped bowl welded together, with two Z-type sigma blades that rotate in opposite directions to each other. The machine is designed to achieve utmost kneading and mixing efficiency, with the clearance between the walls and the containers kept as minimal as possible. The mixer trough and blades are made of mild steel or stainless steel depending on individual requirements. The Z blade mixer is equipped with safety guards and grills, scoring high marks in terms of safety.
